Privacy Policy
Effective August 1, 2026Fandexa is a product of and is operated by Rogue Signal Intelligence. In this policy, “Fandexa,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rogue Signal Intelligence and the Fandexa service.
Information we collect
We store the name, email address, and mobile phone number you provide when creating an account. We also store league settings and rosters you choose to import; player preferences, saved news, draft plans, and roster decisions; subscription identifiers and status; device notification tokens and preferences; and limited usage, operational, and diagnostic events needed to run and improve the service.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the Command Center, secure and recover your account, synchronize your workspace across devices, deliver notifications you enable, connect supported fantasy providers, process membership access, provide support, measure product reliability, improve the product, and protect the service from abuse. We do not send marketing text messages without separate consent, and we do not sell personal information.
Connected services
When you connect a fantasy provider, we request only the access needed to import your league data. We never ask you to paste a Yahoo, ESPN, or Sleeper password into the Command Center. Provider account identifiers and authorization credentials may be stored so the connection continues to work until you disconnect it or delete your account.
Supabase provides authentication and account infrastructure. Stripe processes web billing. Apple processes App Store purchases, with RevenueCat used to verify in-app subscription status. Expo helps deliver notifications you choose to receive. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Fandexa does not store your full payment-card number.
Data retention and control
Your saved workspace remains available while your account is active. You can permanently delete your Fandexa account and app workspace from account settings in the web or mobile app. Deletion removes the account data Fandexa controls; limited legal, fraud-prevention, security, or transaction records may be retained when required. Deleting a Fandexa account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple, which must be managed in your Apple subscription settings.
